Free Shipping
We ship internationally, and standard shipping is free when you spend over £50 in the UK, €50 in Ireland or $50 in North America. We strive to ship orders within one business day.
Any shipping costs that are outside of the above scope can be chosen upon checkout. Available options will be displayed in the shopping cart once you have entered your delivery address (Step 4). If you choose the free shipping option, we ship the most economical way possible, which is usually through the postal system. Tracking is not always available and once the product leaves the country there is little we can do to move it along since it becomes the responsibility of the receiving country's postal systems. Parcels may also be subjected to custom delays, which are beyond our control.
*Please note that if you choose free shipping to countries outside of one of the countries that we warehouse in, you run the risk of delays that are beyond our control.*
Please note: Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, we no longer have control over your order. We will do everything we can to assist you, but if you have any questions about the shipment, please contact the shipping company directly. Please see below for shipping company information.
In the United Kingdom, we use Royal Mail both locally and abroad to keep shipping prices low. All orders outside of the UK, EU, and North America are usually shipped via UK Royal Mail (some exceptions may apply). In some instances it can take up to 30 days to receive your package untracked, and even longer to destinations that require tracking. If you wish to receive it sooner or wish to have it tracked, please choose a different shipping option at checkout.
If a parcel is lost, we will replace it after the 30-day window, but we ask for patience. After the 30-day window, please contact us if you have not received your package. If a package is tracked (that comes at a greater cost to us but we offer that service for free for international shipping where applicable) then we will replace it if it is lost. However, if it is due to a customs delay, it is beyond our control and the parcel will eventually be released to you. If the parcel is not released after 60 days then we will replace the item or refund your product less shipping charges.
All items are billed in the currency of the shipping address.
European orders are shipped out of Ireland via An Post. If you are ordering from the EU to countries outside of Ireland, it can take up to 14 days to receive your package, and even longer in some instances (e.g. around Christmastime, etc.).
American orders are shipped using Fulfillment by Amazon. This means that Amazon is shipping the package on our behalf and will select the shipping company on our behalf.
Canadian orders are shipped out of Ontario via UPS.
If you are ordering from China, please consider purchasing via JD.com.
If you are ordering from South East Asia, please consider purchasing via Lazada.
Any order may be cancelled up to the point it is shipped. If you are dissatisfied with any product, please contact us or call us within 30 days of the shipment date.
If you wish to receive your package quickly and/or wish to receive tracking information, it is advisable to select a paid shipping option, particular if ordering out of country. We do everything we can to ensure a positive customer experience, but there are situations beyond our control and paid options can help mitigate these.

Product Returns
Should you wish to return your product, please note that you will receive a refund for the product less shipping and a 10% restocking fee. Please at info@itlhealth.com in order to obtain the address to send your product back to.
