If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the 14-day withdrawal period using our online withdrawal form or by contacting us directly. 

Please note that, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed food supplements that have been opened after delivery due to health protection and hygiene reasons.

This means:

• Unopened, sealed products may be returned within the applicable withdrawal period
• Opened or unsealed products are not eligible for withdrawal or return.

Returned unopened products must be in their original condition. Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws after the returned goods have been received and inspected.
